By purchasing our digital products, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the documents for your personal or internal business purposes (e.g., your home daycare). You may not resell, redistribute, or share these files publicly.
Fees are stated in U.S. dollars. All sales of digital downloads (The Starter Pack) are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
In no event shall Lumynix Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
